PEC provides the clients with the ability to draw upon a reservoir of technical personnel for assignment to their projects in order to supplement their starting requirements.

PEC engineers are well-groomed and are specially trained to handle this sensitive area of the engine of boat and vessels of various sizes.

Fabrication work
PEC uses her well- trained engineers, welders/iron benders to carry out quality and standard welding work on vessels. Repairs and refurbishment of vertical and horizontal storage tanks –both fixed roof and floating roof types.
PEC has been increasingly involved in the construction industry and has taken part in various projects which includes, Civil, Electrical Mechanical etc. PEC’’ Strength not only includes experience and demonstrated ability, but also the loyalty skill and versatility of its seasoned engineering personnel, construction managers, superintendent, foremen and craftsmen. Some of these people have had many years of experience in reputable companies before transferring their services to PEC. They have been involved in a variety of projects in diverse locations.
A significant portion of the construction services activities performed by PEC are in co-operation with the client’s own engineering firms. PEC’s project managers and superintendents are accustomed to co-ordinate their efforts in planning, scheduling and budgeting with the representatives of the design firm that is responsible for providing the plans, specifications and other documents for the construction activities.
PEC personnel are responsible for scheduling timely field delivery dates for the receiving of owner-furnished materials and equipment at job site. This helps to ensure that the projected construction schedule will be met.
The PEC construction manager reviews scheduled deliveries of such materials and equipment, which might indicate an impact on overall construction schedule. The project construction manager also works very closely with the client’s representative to discuss solutions for any potential problems which might impede the progress of the construction.

Procurement can be done on international bases and includes purchasing, sub-contracting, expediting, and inspecting and traffic services. PEC’s joint – venture partner facilitates international procurement services.

PEC can manage this phase of construction monitoring, vendor compliance, code and specification enforcement through the use of staff engineering and technical support personnel. Some of the major projects such as large diameter cross Country pipelines in locations other than continental Asia and African require a minimum mobilization period.
